Microsoft support say there is nothing wrong on the azure end. Two different support people from PaloAlto, across multiple sessions, have had a go at the firewall and ended up saying there is nothing wrong on the PaloAlto end, everything is configured correctly and it must be something on the Azure end. The tunnel connects fine and works against both so it must be something on the PaloAlto end is not quite right.

We tested the Azure end with the same settings againstĪ Watchguard firewall and also a Fortinet firewall.

The 'IPSec Tunnels' under 'Network' indicates that the tunnel is established and up, however no traffic ever passes either way between the networks. We have PaloAltoNetworks PA-440 device configured to connect a site-to-site vpn tunnel to Azure. Hi, I'm hoping someone may have experience with this problem.
